For this episode of Shaken not Stirred we bring you a classic that has been on the cocktail menu since 1870, the Whiskey Sour! To make this classic you will need: 50ml bourbon 25ml lemon juice 25ml sugar syrup 3 drops of bitters 1 egg white Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice (add the egg last) and mix well.
